IMMIGRATION BILL REVIEWED – HUGE FLAWS REMAIN

The Immigration Bill has now come back from select committee and is ready to go before parliament. While some elements have been improved, many flaws still remain, such as:


The use of classified information in trials

No right to bail for ANY OFFENCE under the bill

16 state agencies allowed a veil of secrecy
